Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Fynax Bookkeeper WhatsApp service (the "Service") operated by Fynax Technology Concepts ("us", "we", or "our").

Fynax Bookkeeper is a bookkeeping assistant that operates via the WhatsApp platform. Users interact with an automated (AI) system to log financial transactions, manage inventory, and generate reports.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us (by starting a conversation and completing onboarding), you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the web dashboard and for any activities or actions under your password.

You are solely responsible for the financial data you provide. The accuracy of the reports and analysis generated by the Service depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you input.

3. Use of Data

By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze the financial data you provide. This includes passing your data to third-party AI services to interpret your messages and generate financial advice. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• To input false, misleading, or fraudulent financial data.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, database, or any other user's account.
• To harass, abuse, or send spam messages to the Service or its support staff.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Fynax Technology Concepts does not guarantee that the financial advice provided by the AI is accurate, complete, or suitable for your financial situation. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice from a certified accountant.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fynax Technology Concepts, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or the accuracy (or inaccuracy) of the data provided by it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **Nigeria**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
